Husband and Wife Team
Hello! We are Jon and Jaclyn FitzSimon from San Antonio, Texas and are passionate about cold brew coffee. Having four children, a great cup of cold brew is almost required each morning.
Inspired Coffee Co was created in 2018, but our passion for cold brew coffee started a long time before then.
How it Started
For years, we enjoyed making cold brew coffee at home. Most mornings, we found ourselves adding different flavors to spruce each cup up a bit.
We searched for flavored cold brew coffee grounds online, but couldn't find what we were looking for. So we created it.
It All Came Together
We took our idea to an amazing coffee roaster and they made our vision happen.
